Speed up the
process and totally replace the manual and paper intensive process of filing
judgments and order into RJO Books for each court.
The System
provides two major functions:

RJOUpdate Function: This Function provides automated paperless updating of the
RJO (Record of Judicial Order) for Orders that are e-Filed by the court.
o
This is accomplished by the court selecting the File
to RJO Option on the submit step of a court filing. This causes the order to immediately feed to
and update the electronic RJO kept by the System
o
This Function also provides for a manual feed to the
electronic RJO for any paper filed cases, including currently filed judgments
and orders, as well as previously filed paper judgments and orders. This allows Clerks to go back and update the
electronic RJO with documents from the past.
For example, the clerk can recreate the electronic RJO from January 2012
forward or even further back in the history of the case

RJOSearch Function: This
Function provides very powerful search methods that can be used to quickly
find RJO filings in a variety of ways

Search by all
of case number or part of case number,
such as… 45D11, or 45D11-1201,
45D11-1201-MF, or 45D11-1201-MF-00020
o
Search by all
of a plaintiff or defendant name or any
part of the plaintiff or defendant name, such as… The Bank of New York Mellon, or The Bank of
New York, or New York, or Mellon
o
Search by Court and Filing date, such as…
45D11-2012-07-12
